
Jay V. Lee has significant jury trial experience in both the District Courts and Superior Courts of Massachusetts. His current practice focuses on the areas of construction, motor vehicle and real estate litigation; residential and commercial real estate transactions; permitting, zoning and land use; business formation and counseling; estate planning; probate; domestic relations; and criminal defense.
Mr. Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea. He started his legal career as an assistant district attorney for the County of Middlesex in Massachusetts and then served as assistant corporation counsel to the City of Boston before entering the private sector in 2003.
Mr. Lee was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2000, and in 2004, was admitted to the New Hampshire bar, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire, and the U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lee is an active member of the Board of Editors of the New Hampshire Bar Journal, a quarterly publication. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, and New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
