
As a Senior Associate of Gallagher & Cavanaugh, Beth Brennan O’Donnell is involved in all aspects of the litigation process and focuses her practice on liquor liability, products liability, premises liability, construction litigation, and business litigation. She has also successfully handled multiple administrative matters for the firm’s clients in hearings before the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission ("ABCC").
Beth O’Donnell was born in Salem, Massachusetts on November 5, 1974. Before joining Gallagher & Cavanaugh, Ms. O’Donnell clerked for the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Ms. O’Donnell has also worked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and for Houghton Mifflin Company.
Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. O’Donnell worked in the private and public sectors, including as a legislative aide for a member of Great and General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Ms. O’Donnell was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2002 and is admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
